This does not mean you should take more as many people believe, it means you have taken it too long and take too much. This means you are abusing the drug and are on the way to addiction a road no one wants to travel.
In order to be able to combat this, you need to surround yourself with good people and be able to do the right things. You need to be able to make good choices and have people around you who will guide you when you are heading in the wrong way. This is never easy for you or the people you are relying on. No one wants to make the addict mad and no one wants to see them suffer. However, we need to do the right thing.
